Mindfulness for All
A Journey to Inner Peace
We live in a world that keeps telling us to chase, to do more, have more, become more. Yet even when we reach what we wanted, peace remains out of reach. The mind still whispers, “Not enough.” Success, wealth, and comfort come and go, but the quiet ache of dissatisfaction stays.
Mindfulness, as taught by Ajarn Prasert Udhayachalerm and Buddhadasa Bhikkhu, invites us to stop running and look deeply into the truth of life, to understand the nature of craving, the cause of suffering, and the path that leads beyond it. This is the living heart of the Noble Eightfold Path: right understanding, right intention, right mindfulness, and right peace in everyday life.
This free online course is open to everyone, regardless of religion or belief. It offers simple, direct guidance for living with awareness, compassion, and wisdom. Through short video talks and mindful reflections, we explore how to free the mind from endless wanting and rediscover the happiness of enough.
Mindfulness is not a belief to adopt, but a way to live. It is the art of being fully present, seeing clearly, breathing naturally, and acting with kindness in each moment. Here, practice becomes not a ritual, but a return to truth, simplicity, and peace within.
COURSE 01 : Freedom from Suffering
No One Can Make Us Suffer
In this first course of Mindfulness for All, Ajarn Prasert reveals a simple but profound truth — suffering does not come from the world, but from the mind that clings to it. When we understand that pain, criticism, or loss cannot truly harm us unless we grasp them, we begin to taste real freedom.
Through awareness of the breath, we learn to see how thoughts arise and fade naturally. Nothing outside can disturb a calm mind. This is the beginning of liberation — realizing that peace is not found by changing the world, but by knowing the nature of our own heart.
COURSE 02 : Peace of Mind
Returning to Stillness Through the Breath
Discover the art of true inner peace through mindful awareness and the gentle teachings of Ajarn Prasert. In this course, you’ll learn to observe thoughts without clinging, to breathe with clarity, and to see how calm arises naturally when we stop struggling against life. Through mindfulness and understanding, the restless mind settles into stillness, allowing wisdom and compassion to emerge. Peace of mind is not found in the outer world but in the quiet space within each breath.
COURSE 03 : Seeing the World Within
Understanding Contact, Perception, and the Root of Suffering
In this session, Ajarn Prasert reveals how all experiences arise within the mind. What we see, hear, or feel is not the outside world itself, but the image our brain and mind create. Through this understanding, we learn that suffering is not caused by others or the world but begins from clinging to the inner images we form. By observing how the senses, thoughts, and emotions arise and pass naturally, we begin to let go of attachment and see reality with clarity.
This teaching, rooted in the Noble Eightfold Path and the wisdom of the Thai Forest tradition, offers practical mindfulness that anyone from any culture or religion can apply to everyday life.
COURSE 04 : The Art of Mindful Living
Training the Mind through Breath, Movement, and Awareness
In this session, Ajarn Prasert shares the essence of mindfulness — calming the restless mind through awareness of breath, movement, and daily life. Every sound, thought, and feeling becomes a teacher when we see clearly instead of reacting. Rooted in Anapanasati, or mindfulness of breathing, this course reveals how peace arises not from escaping the world but from being fully present in it. Walking, sitting, or simply breathing becomes meditation when awareness flows naturally. Open to all faiths and backgrounds, this timeless practice invites you to rediscover balance, simplicity, and the quiet joy of truly being alive.
