Business Policies – Retreat & Donation Policies
Booking Confirmation
Retreat participation at Meditation Island – MAKKANUKA Foundation is confirmed once a donation or payment has been successfully received through our website or approved payment channels.
Due to the limited number of retreat spaces available, registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pricing
Participation in retreats is supported through a suggested donation that helps cover accommodation, meals, and retreat operational costs.
Suggested Donation:
3,200 THB per retreat
Donations support the maintenance and activities of the meditation center.
Donation Cancellation Policy
Donations made to the foundation are considered voluntary contributions to support our activities and operations.
Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot be canceled.
In exceptional cases (such as duplicate transactions or technical errors), donors may contact us within 3 days of the transaction date. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
All donations are non-refundable.
By completing a donation, the donor acknowledges and agrees that the contribution is made voluntarily to support the foundation’s activities, and no goods or services are being purchased.
The foundation reserves the right to refuse refunds in all cases, except in the event of:

Proven technical errors in the payment process

If a refund is approved under these exceptional circumstances, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Shipping Policy
MAKKANUKA Foundation provides retreat participation and digital content only.
No physical products are sold or shipped through this website.
