Business Policies – Retreat & Donation Policies
Booking Confirmation
Retreat participation at Meditation Island – MAKKANUKA Foundation is confirmed once a donation or payment has been successfully received through our website or approved payment channels.
Due to the limited number of retreat spaces available, registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pricing
Participation in retreats is supported through a suggested donation that helps cover accommodation, meals, and retreat operational costs.
Suggested Donation:
3,200 – 6,000 THB per retreat
Donations support the maintenance and activities of the meditation center.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your retreat participation, please inform us as soon as possible so the place may be offered to another participant.
Cancellations should be made at least 3 days before the retreat arrival date whenever possible.
Cancellation does not qualify for a refund.
Refund Policy
All donations and payments made to support retreat participation are non-refundable. Once a retreat place has been confirmed, the donation is used to prepare accommodation, meals, and retreat arrangements. For this reason, no refunds will be issued.
If a payment error or duplicate transaction occurs, please contact us so we can review the issue.
Shipping Policy
MAKKANUKA Foundation provides retreat participation and digital content only.
No physical products are sold or shipped through this website.
